Our story
Recruitment focused on relationships, not transactions.
In 2013, our co-founders Samm and Nick met while working at a large, corporate recruitment agency.
While they were both successful, they felt limited by the company’s impersonal and transactional approach to recruitment.
That experience inspired them to start their own recruitment agency, which would focus on building long-term relationships within the tech community.
This personalised approach has helped us earn the reputation of a top-rated recruitment agency across the UK and Europe.
