Are you a driven recruitment team lead, looking to own and lead an established team in the tech recruitment space?
We’re looking for a driven recruitment consultant with experience recruiting across any tech market.
You will be tasked with helping grow our client base but with the advantage of a huge client base for you to work on from day 1.
You’ll have the opportunity to inherit an established team of consultants, from junior to senior level.Your mission will be to work towards leading a function for the business and you’ll build an impressive network of candidates and contacts with recommendations to prove it.
- You will proactively identify new commercial opportunities and capitalise on them
- You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding and educating them on effective recruitment strategies
- An experienced recruiter with a successful career history in the technology space
- You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- You're successful at business development and have a vast portfolio of clients
- You have experience training, managing and leading a team of consultants
- Passionate about your market and actively embed yourself in the community
- You're collaborative and able to thrive in a team
- You're organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
