Head of Contract Recruitment

We’re looking for a driven recruitment consultant with experience recruiting across the contract/freelance tech market.

You will be tasked with helping grow our contract division (pretty much from scratch) but with the advantage of a huge client base for you to work on from day 1.

Your mission will be to work towards leading the contract function for the business and you’ll build an impressive network of candidates and contacts with recommendations to prove it.

• You will proactively identify new commercial opportunities and capitalise on them
• You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding and educating them on effective recruitment strategies

• An experienced recruiter with a successful career history running a contract desk
• You have a thorough understanding of the contract market and the legislations in place
• You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• You're successful at business development and have a vast portfolio of clients
• Passionate about your market and actively embed yourself in the community
• You're collaborative and able to thrive in a team
• You're organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
